In short: Our free tools are yours to use for your own work — no registration, no charge. Don’t resell them, and treat the results as professional orientation, not as a verdict. That’s essentially it; the details follow below.
Scope: These Terms of Use apply exclusively to the free online tools and calculators on zerodefectpizza.com that can be used without registration and without charge. Purchases, paid access, offers requiring registration, and downloads provided in exchange for personal data are governed exclusively by our Terms and Conditions. The German version of these Terms of Use prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
1. Provider
The tools are provided by n-TIEREX Martin Schneider GmbH, trading as ZeroDefectPizza, c/o Regus Business Center, Carl-Zeiss-Ring 15a, 85737 Ismaning, Germany (Legal Notice / Impressum).
2. Use and License
You may use the tools for your own or your company’s internal purposes. Inputs and results may be stored and reused internally.
Not permitted:
– Reselling the tools, providing them for a charge, or integrating them into your own offerings
– Automated extraction (scraping) or reverse engineering
– Using tool content to train AI models
– Removing copyright or trademark notices
3. Results Are Indicative
Calculation and analysis results are based on your inputs and on general quality management methods. They are indicative values and do not replace a case-by-case assessment, legal or regulatory advice, or any third-party certification decision. Responsibility for decisions based on the results remains with you.
4. Availability
There is no entitlement to availability or continued provision of the free tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue them at any time. The version of these Terms of Use published at the time of use applies.
5. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and within the scope of any guarantee given. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential obligations whose fulfilment makes use possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Any further liability is excluded. These limitations also apply in favour of our legal representatives and vicarious agents.
6. Data Protection

7. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
