You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

(i) Expiry in the case of digital content supplied for a price (Section 356 (6) no. 2 of the German Civil Code, BGB). In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium and for which you pay a price, your right of withdrawal expires if (a) we have begun performance of the contract, (b) you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, (c) you have confirmed your knowledge that, by giving such consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun, and (d) we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract pursuant to Section 312f BGB.
(ii) Expiry in the case of digital content supplied without payment of a price (Section 356 (6) no. 1 BGB). If the contract does not oblige you to pay a price, your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun performance of the contract.
(iii) No compensation for value (Section 357a (3) BGB). If you withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, you are not required to pay any compensation for the digital content supplied.

In the case of a contract for the provision of services for which you pay a price, your right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service if, before performance began, you (a) expressly consented to us beginning performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and (b) confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.
Clarification for continuously provided digital services. In the case of continuously provided digital services, merely activating your access does not yet cause your right of withdrawal to expire. The right of withdrawal expires only upon full performance of the service owed, subject to the conditions set out above.
